Berry Reporting Service LLC was founded by me, Jennifer L. Berry in 1988.  After attending Clark Technical College and being mentored by the Late Mildred Stocksdale (recipient of the prestigious Martin Fincun Award and Diplomat Award given by the Ohio Court Reporters Association), I began working in 1983 for the Ross County Common Pleas Court as an official court reporter.  I noticed that there were many court reporters coming to Chillicothe, Ohio, from Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati. so I decided to take a leap of faith and left the comfort of a reliable paycheck with benefits to launch my free-lance business in 1988.  Shortly thereafter I took the testing and passed the requirements to  become a Registered Professional Court Reporter and I have remained one in good standing throughout the years.
